Local Knowledge: She grew up in this area and knew were specific neighborhoods, utility jurisdictions, or businesses were in relation to the house in question. Process expertise: She not only knew each step but she always was ahead of me. Every time I had some information ready or paperwork to do, she was ready with the next step in the process. This made for a timely buy!

Responsiveness: She was always quick to reply to texts, answer phone calls, and patiently answered all of my questions.

Negotiation skills: We did not have to counter offer so this is irrelevant, but she had a good plan and approach to our first offer. Her plan is probably why we did not have to do much negotiating, which was a huge relief. I’ve already recommended her to a friend and would tell anyone else the same. I gave 3 stars for negotiating only because our first counter was accepted so it’s irrelevant.

Hayden is amazing! She made everything seamless with the selling of our house. She was always one step ahead and we never once had to follow up on on anything. I cannot recommend her enough, she was great!

Hayden is THE BEST there is. She knows everything you could possibly want to know and if there's something that she doesn't know she'll find out for you. She treated my husband and I like we were family. She was extremy quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed to know.
